1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at refund@kwiqshop.com or +255 755 275824 with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Inspection and Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, the refund process will begin.
2. Refunds
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you used mobile money, the refund will be processed back to your mobile wallet.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account or mobile money account again.
Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at refund@kwiqshop.com or +255 755 275824.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Intimate or sanitary goods such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care items.

5. Shipping Costs
